My job is to communicate with clients and develop a design plan for the project, then develop: (plot plans, floor plans, elevations, interior and exterior, electrical plans, and landscape) while working with a team of engineers on the projects to see the project through plan check. Projects such as: The Foxx Homes is a 42M project in Rancho Mirage, Ca., Gra Pow a restaurant in Riverside, Ca., A 12m housing project, Mary Street Storage Design, a 3M Project using fast cad, auto cad and sketch up to draw renderings, Manage projects, meet with City and Clients to make corrections on various projects. Also company Web site Design using Flash MX, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Photoshop Elements 7,and Xara Xtreme.
